Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder & Director: Paul Burnett, a UK citizen
Paul’s previous career was in banking, where he was involved in resource management and financing. In 2009 Paul partnered with Craig Owensby to form Lobo Resources with the objective of identifying, purchasing and operating a mine in Indonesia. For six years, Lobo invested in examining thousands of potential mines. During this time, Paul also led Lobo Resources’ coal trading and Dolomite trading program. In 2015 Lobo Hachoi Minerals was formed to execute due diligence exploration of the IMP MINERALS mine, and in 2016 the acquisition was successfully achieved under Paul's leadership. Paul’s expertise is business development and project funding.
Chief Financial Officer, Co-Founder & Director: Craig Owensby, a USA citizen
Craig’s previous career was as a telecommunications executive starting in 1993, ultimately founding Spotcast, the world’s first mobile advertising technology, which was then sold to Leap Wireless (Qualcom) in 2001. In 2002 Craig moved to Indonesia and developed Code Java which became Indonesia's largest mobile content and mobile content technology Company. In 2009 Craig partnered with Paul Burnett to start Lobo Resources, and ultimately IMP MINERALS. Craig is an entrepreneur with expertise is in planning, corporate management, financial modelling and high technology deployment having started four companies that have employed 300 people during that time.
Chief Commerce Officer & Director: Daniel Ornatowski, a Japanese citizen
Daniel is a former Wall Street hedge fund manager having started his career with Morgan Stanley in New York City. Daniel is a particular expert in the trading of base and rare metals, and has been involved in a number of Initial Public Offerings as advisor and planner. Daniel’s expertise is investing, financial modelling, investment banking, investor relations, and preparing companies for public offerings. Daniel will focus on establishing a disciplined price hedging program to insulate the company from price risk even as he prepares IMP for a possible public offering.
Chief Development Officer: Frederick Holloway, a UK citizen
Fred has spent a career in the industrial chemical industry and power plant construction business. Fred's career has focused on the management of large scale EPC projects involving chemical processing and energy. For the past 30 years, Fred has lived in Indonesia, owning a firm that provided consulting for the building of power plants and chemical processing plants, including providing high level consulting services to foreign companies seeking to enter the Indonesian energy and chemical processing markets. Fred’s particular expertise is management of the the entire EPC process, project management for large capital projects, and technical oversight of construction.
Chief Operations Officer & Head Geologist: Selected but unnamed, a Philippines citizen
This individual is one of the most respected geologists and mine operators in Indonesia. Until he joined IMP, he ran mining operations for one of Indonesia’s largest conglomerates. During his 35-year career in Indonesia, in addition to directing operations for some of its largest mines, he also co-founded a large mine acquisition and management firm that was eventually sold to a large Indonesian conglomerate. This individual is a JORC competent geologist with particular expertise in both overseeing the JORC exploration process and in planning and managing mining operations.
